(1) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman. But the committee must meet at least 6 times a year.
(2) If one-third of the members request in writing to call a meeting of the committee, the member-secretary of the committee shall call the meeting of the committee with the approval of the chairman.
(3) The member-secretary of the committee shall provide the members with the list of topics to be discussed in the meeting together with the notification of the meeting of the committee.
(4) The meeting of the committee will be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, a member chosen by the members from among themselves will preside over the meeting.
(5) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered.
(6) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) The names of the members present at each meeting of the committee, the topics discussed and the decisions made at the meeting should be written in a separate decision book and signed by the members present.
(8) Decisions made by the committee shall be certified by the member-secretary of the committee.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
